Activate your account
If you're brand new to Coinmama, you may still need to activate your account. You should have received a confirmation email when you registered. Click the link in the email to activate your account and get started with Coinmama! If you can't find the email, try your spam folder and add Coinmama to your list of [safe senders] (https://support.coinmama.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018843994-Find-missing-Coinmama-emails)!
If you still can't find the activation email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include an alternative contact email in your message.
Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, try using our [password recovery tool] (https://www.coinmama.com/recover), enter the email address associated with your Coinmama account, and we'll send you a link to change your password.
If you try to reset your password more than once, always use the most recent password reset link you receive from us.
If you've tried resetting your password and still can't access your account, we suggest switching to a different browser, such as Firefox, Safari, or Chrome, and trying again.
[caution] It is not possible to have multiple accounts on Coinmama. If we detect that you have created more than one account, those accounts will be closed and only one will remain.
