Similar to a do not honor & card not accepted decline, your card issuer is not allowing this type of transaction. Please try with a different card of yours or call your bank for further clarification.
If your orders are continuing to fail after you've clarified with your bank, contact us for further clarification. Alternatively, you can create a new order and pay with a different card.
You will never be charged for a failed order, however, you may need to wait a business day or two for the pre-authorized check to be voided.
