ID or Phone number already exists

While uploading your documents or entering your personal details, encountering an "ID/Phone number already exists" message means that you've likely already registered or created an account with us in the past.

If you received this message, try logging in with an alternative email address of yours and see if that solves the issue. If it doesn't, please contact our support team for further assistance.

If you're not sure you have used an email address or if you have forgotten the password, you can always use our Recovery tool (click here). If an account exists with your email address, we will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you received an error message that reads "Already have an account", then you already have an account with us that's registered under the same email address.

Coinmama does not permit multiple or duplicate accounts. If we detect that you're registering under multiple email addresses, we will have to block all but your original account.
