Insufficient Funds/ Over Credit Limit
If you placed your order with a credit card and received an “Insufficient funds” message after placing your order, know that it’s possible that your card issuer may be classifying your purchases with us as Cash Advance transactions, for which there may be much lower spending limits. If you placed your order with a debit card, it may be that you do not have enough in your checking account balance. If this is the case, it would be best to ask your bank about overdraft protection.
Regardless, in both cases, it would be best to contact your bank regarding the limitations on your card.
