How to place your order

  1. After logging in to your Coinmama account, click Buy Now, then choose what you would like to purchase and how much.

Choose the crypto type and amount on the drop-down lists, or click on the package that you would like to purchase and click the orange "Buy Now" button once you've decided:

Note that due to the market's volatility, once you begin the payment form, you'll have 30 minutes to complete it before your order expires.
  2. Enter your own personal wallet address that only you have access to:

Is our system not accepting your wallet address? If your address begins with "bc1", click here for more information on why, and if not, then it would be best to double-check your wallet address, and make sure that you're not entering your private key by mistake.

  3. On the payment method page, choose Credit/debit card as the payment method:

Note that there is a 5% momentum fee that is added onto your purchase amount for orders placed with this method of payment. For more information on our fees and charges, click here
  4. Fill out your card details on the payment form and click Pay Now once you've finished:

You may need to enter a 3D Secure code, sent to your phone by your bank or card issuer in order to complete the payment. You can read further about this here for VISA cards and here for MasterCard Cards.

After completing the payment, your order will change the status to In Process, which means that it's being processed by the credit card processor. The order is processed within a few seconds. Once the payment is approved, and you have confirmed your wallet, we usually send the coins within 10 minutes. You'll be able to see them as soon as the Blockchain has confirmed the transaction - this may take another 10 minutes.
