We take fraud seriously, and we verify the identity of every one of our users. If you tried to open an account with Coinmama and your application was permanently declined, it is probably for one of the following reasons:

• We reviewed your data and uploaded documents but were unable to verify your identity.
• We reviewed your application carefully and determined that it didn't meet our risk management standards.

At the end of the day... we want you to be a part of the Coinmama family, but we can't compromise on the above.
